PAYMENT METHODS
Pacific Essentials accepts Visa and Mastercard
• For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
• We cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
• All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped to all states other than California are exempt from sales tax. All orders shipped within California will be subject to sales tax of 9.25%.

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.

COLOR ON THE INTERNET
Pacific Essentials wants you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, so if you have concerns about specific colors on display, please email us. We'll get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.
