SHIPPING & HANDLING

Skincare, Body Care, Candles, Apparel and Blankets ship 7-14 days from the time I receive your order placed no later than 4pm PACIFIC TIME

Custom orders such as (Photo Jewelry and Swarovski Crystals Belts will ship 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your photo and payment)

Sadly, processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 4pm PACIFIC TIME, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday excluding holidays.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and out of the country, please email me to place your order. Shipping rates vary.

We can certainly work on rush orders depending on the product and holiday rush. I'd love to make it happen for you. Email me with your rush request and we shall try our best!

All orders are shipped with FedEx. We are unable to send PO boxes from FedEx because the Postal Service does not allow third party delivery companies to deliver to Post Office boxes. If you must use a PO Box, the best shipping choice is our USPS Flat Rate option!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase at Pacificessentials.com and will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at info@pacificessentials.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please give us details and feedback regarding the products you'd like to return or exchange, it may be a simple exchange or better instructions on how to use your products. Sadly, we are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used skin or body products after that period. Please insure the return package and obtain a tracking number as we can not be responsible for lost packages.

These are made with LOVE, by hand and to order, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, email me right away with your feedback and details on why you'd like a refund or exchange 14 days from the time you receive them. Once I receive the unworn Flip Flops we will refund the credit used originally.

Swarovski Crystal Belts and Photo Jewelry!
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Since each piece is made by hand and to order, no two pieces will ever be alike or “perfect”. Slight irregularities in the shape and color of each piece should not be considered defects.

For Blankets and apparel!
These too are made with love, care and to order.
So, our return policy is pretty simple on these. If for any reason you don’t like it, email us to let us your feedback within 14 days of the order and then send it back to us. We’ll give you your choice of your money back or send you a replacement.

There are a couple of conditions: The item needs to be returned to us how we sent it to you. In particular, it can’t smell like smoke or have been left outside in the rain if you want your money back. We do not cover heat damage caused by improper washing (remember–wash them in cold water, line dry.) For personalized items, we can only accept returns if your blanket or tops are defective. In any case, you will need to pay for the return shipping but we take care of the rest.
